Misc
- Memorizes coordinates selected with the mouse anywhere
- Changes timezone to local or to server for all time counters (hours only).
- Shows boxes with resource information at the bottom of the left menu
- Shows missing resources
- Shows mines and plants production/consumption changes
- Button to set mines production to 0%/100% (Resource Settings page)
- Shows the time when the construction/research/ship will be finished.
- Shows names of constructions/ships over their pictures (or with disabled pictures).
- Shows construction titles in the planet list.
- Scrolls time to the next event in the window title
- Shows range of phalanx / IPM (from system to system)
